On cooperation structures resulting from simultaneous proposals in three-player games

This paper looks at cooperation structures that result from a strategic game where players make simultaneous proposals for cooperation. We characterize the solution to the game, and provide a justification in terms of a simple learning/adjustment process for these solutions. An application to coalition government formation is provided.
